Joel and Barbara Davis founded Green River Canoeing and Kayaking as a hobby with only four canoes. This hobby soon grew into a full-time job. Now, 25 years later, they have more than 100 canoes and kayaks, not to mention a friendly and experienced team of outdoor enthusiasts.
Our family inhabited this area long before it was made into a national park. Joel’s great-grandfather even used to run boats down the Green River. Today, we’re proud to operate the oldest licensed outfitter in Mammoth Cave National Park. Our unparalleled knowledge of the local area empowers us to introduce other families to this stunning corner of the world.
